Ingredients
- 2 serves of Hakubaku Sooba Noodles
- 250g of Lettuce
- 150g of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 150g of Cucumber
- 3 pieces of Crumbed chicken
- 1 Avocado
- Creamy Sesame dressing
Method
- Put the Noodles into boiling water for 4 minutes
- Drain the Noodles once they're ready and set aside
- Put the chicken in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C (flip over at 7.5 minutes)
- Chop all the vegetables to desire size.
- Mix up all the ingredients except for the chicken.
- Put the chicken on top of the salad and add creamy Sesame dressing.
