Ingredients
- 6 lamb riblets
- quarter of a cup of Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smokey paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and add the lamb riblets. Mix well so the riblets are covered in the mixture.
- If time permits prepare in the morning and put into the fridge to marinate. Otherwise pre heat air fryer on 200'C for 3 minutes.
- Add lamb riblets to air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve with salad of your choice.
