Ingredients
- Minced Pork
- Garlics
- Onions
- Carrots
- Oyster sauce
Method
- Chop onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, and add into a bowl with the minced pork
- Season with salt, pepper, oyster sauce. Combine all ingredients together.
- Cut nori sheets into 4, and place a tablespoon worth of the filling into the middle of the nori, and bring all the edges together, and carefully place into a steaming basket. Make sure it stays and not fall.
- Cook for atleast 30 mins or until firm.
