Ingredients
- 2 cups of chopped mixed vegetables
- Hakubaku Ramen Noodles - one portion
- 100g Hard Tofu
- Half a teaspoon of chilli oil (be adventurous!)
- Half a teaspoon of sesame oil
- Quarter teaspoon of turmeric
- Quarter teaspoon of garlic powder
- Quarter teaspoon of ginger powder
- One teaspoon of miso paste
- Dash of salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups boiling water
Method
- Chop and dice 2 cups of mixed vegetables (your choice) Boil in a large pot until cooked. (5 minutes)
- Boil one serving of Hakubaku Ramen Noodles in a separate pot on medium heat for 7 minutes or until soft. (7 minutes)
- Airfry 100g of flavoured or hard tofu in an Air-frier for 6 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. (6 minutes)
- In a measuring glass place the herbs and miso. Add boiling water up to 2 cups(5 minutes)
- In a large ramen bowl add noodles, veggies and pour over the broth. Top with tofu and sesame seeds and enjoy! Eat very quickly and slurp it up, because it’s a fast and fab meal and you’re in a hurry! We named this recipe after the nickname for one of our favourite dog breeds, the Greyhound – commonly called ‘speed noodle’ for their agility and long bodies!
