Ingredients
- 1 cup Sushi rice
- 1tbsp sushi seasoning and 1tsp salt
- Salmon, chicken, avocado and cucumber as fillings or whatever you like
- Yaki Nori sheets
- Soy sauce and sushi ginger for taste
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet instructions and allow to cool
- Transfer to glass bowl once cool and add sushi seasoning and salt, mix the seasoning through the rice. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
- Place rice on Yaki Nori sheets in a thin layer and leaving a 2cm border on the far side of the sheet. Add fillings in the middle of the rice and roll your sushi
