Ingredients
- Valcom Paste Laksa
- Olive oil
- Chilli flakes
- Coconut milk
- Fish balls
- Noodles (any)
- Garlic paste
- Chilli (for garnish and spice)
- Chinese vegetables (I.e bok choi)
Method
- Boil water in a sauce pan and add vermicelli noodles. Once cooked, put noodles aside.
- In a separate pan, heat up some olive oil and add one tablespoon of Valcom Paste Laksa and a tea spoon of garlic paste. Cook this over light heat for 1 minute.
- Add your protein of choice such as fish balls.
- Gently add 100ml of coconut and 85ml of water. Simmer the laksa over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Add Chinese vegetables including bak choi.
- Assemble the dish! First add noodles in the bowl, the laksa soup and finally garlish with chilli (optional).
