Ingredients
- 250g baby sweet corn sliced diagonally
- 290g Cole’s kitchen Caesar salad kit
- 1 roast chicken
- 2 avocados sliced thinly
- 3 tsp kewpie sriracha mayonnaise
Method
- Place corn in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain
- Place corn, chicken, avocado and lettuce from salad kit in a bowl
- Combine sriracha mayonnaise and dressing from salad kit
- Sprinkle salad with bacon, Parmesan and crouton from salad kit.
- Drizzle dressing and mix
