Ingredients
- Rice
- Bamboo shoots
- Chicken
- Beans
- Capsicum
- Chilli
- 1tsp of fish sauce
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 400 ml coconut milk
Method
- Cook as per instructions on Valcom green sauce bottle
- Once cooked , finely chop chicken and mix with vegetables and rice
- Use Tbsp mould and create small balls with the mixture
- Use additional bamboo shoots to make trees and chillies and coriander to decorate
- Dress with sauce
