Ingredients
- 400g sliced Pork Belly
- 2tbs Char Sui sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs Kecap Manis
- 2 finely sliced Birds Eye chillies
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green apple, cut into matchsticks
- 5 radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 cup coriander, torn roughly
- White rice, to serve
- Lime wedges and chilli, to serve
Method
- Combine the pork, char Sui, chilli, kecap manis and marinate for 30 minutes.
- While pork is marinating, combine fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, lime juice in a small bowl and set to side.
- Heat barbecue and cook pork, turning until caramelised (approx 3min each side but will depend on thickness of pork).
- Combine apple, radish, coriander, and spring onion with the lime juice mix, and divide between 2 serving plates.
- Top plates with pork, and garnish with extra chilli, coriander, and lime wedges. Serve with white rice.
