Ingredients
- 1 tin Coconut milk
- 300ml water
- 3 table spoons red curry paste
- Veggies
- Water chest nuts
- Rice noodles
Method
- Cook chicken in a frying pan with desired spices
- Add coconut milk, water and red curry paste to a pot. Bring to a boil
- Add add desired veggies simmer for 5 minutes then add water chestnuts and rice noodles simmer for 5 minutes
