Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon spicy chilli oil
- 1/4 kewpie mayo
- 1 egg fried
- 1 1/2 cup of cooked jasmine rice
- 2tbspoon of abc chili sauce
- 1 packet of roasted seaweed
- Finely sliced cucumber
- Sliced avocado
Method
- Cook jasmine rice according to pack and once cook place into serving bowl. Squeeze kewpie mayo around rice, you can add as much as you like. Take two pieces of roasted seaweed and crush and sprinkle over the mayo.
- Fry your egg sunny side up with the chilli oil, once cooked transfer to rice bowl and arrange in the centre.
- Add the ABC chilli sauce to the side and garnish with sliced cucumbers, avocado and more seaweed to serve.
- Time to eat your meal by mixing the mayo and. Sauce until well combined and enjoy.
