Ingredients
- •Ginger•garlic •white onion•hot chilli • fry garlic
- •2tbsp olive oil•1 can coconut milk•3tbsp fish sauce
- •400g shrimp •200g pork belly •50g beef fat
Method
- In a medium wok Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger in olive oil for 2mins in a medium heat.
- Add the pork belly and beef fat and stir fry in a high heat until it cooked, add fish sauce and half of the coconut milk .Cook until the coconut milk reduce in half.
- When it becomes reduce and aromatic , add 1 cup of water and the remaining of the coconut milk and simmer it .When the sauce get thicken it’s ready to serve.Top with slice chilli and fried garlic and pair it with rice.
