Ingredients
- 1 packet udon noodles
- 2 pre cooked duck breasts in red sauce
- Chopped mixed vegetables ( cabbage, spring onion, green beans etc)
Method
- Slice duck breast and chop vegetables
- To a hot wok, add oil, then duck & vegetables, toss till vegetables have slightly softened
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, toss through & remove from heat
- Serve & eat!
