Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayo
- Chilli sauce
- Garlic
- Lime juice
- Cabbage
- Coriander
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Chilli
- Fish fillets
- Whole grain Tortilla
- Avocado oil
Method
- Combine shredded cabbage, coriander, apple cider vinegar, salt, oil, chilli. Toss together and set aside.
- For the sauce, combine kewpie mayo, chilli sauce, lime juice, and garlic. Stir together
- Bake fish fillets in the oven for 18 minutes.
- Heat tortillas for 30 seconds.
- To serve, spread a generous amount of sauce on the tortilla, add the cabbage slaw, place the sliced crispy fish fillets, then drizzle with a little more sauce and garnish with fresh coriander and fresh lime.
