Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- Dash of fish sauce
- 2 tbsp (or more) chilli oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of green leafy vegetables
- Optional extra veg
- 1/2 tbsp Maggie sauce
- 1-2 spring onions for serving
Method
- Heat pan and oil. Add vegetables and stir fry for a 2-3 minute.
- Add sauces and stir fry for a minute.
- Add rice and cook until mixed with sauces and heated through
- Add eggs and cook until done.
- Add chili oil and mix.
- Add spring onions and serve
