
Ingredients
- 3 x dried or fresh lasagna sheets
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- gochugaru powder
- chilli powder
- chinese five spice powder
- cumin powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- sugar
- black vinegar
- soy sauce
- salt
- green onion
Method
- If using dried lasagna sheets, break into strips. If using fresh, slice into strips.
- Boil sheets according to packet cooking instructions, or until al dente with a big pinch of salt.
- While boiling, mince your fresh garlic and add to a bowl.
- Add a sprinkle of gochugaru powder, chilli powder, chinese five spice powder, cumin powder, salt and green onion into same bowl.
- Heat up oil till smoking, then pour on top of spice mix.
- Drain lasagna sheets and add them into the bowl.
- Add splash of soy sauce, sugar, and black vinegar to taste.
- Mix well and enjoy.
