- Pork Mince
- Spring Onions
- Water Chestnuts
- Chilli
- coriander
- ginger
- garlic
Method
- Blend all Ingredients and add to mince meat
- Mix well and form into palm sized balls
- Shallow fry, drain on paper towel and serve with any sauce of your liking. Can also be used as filling in dumplings
