Ingredients
- 500g Grass fed beef mince
- 1 Onion
- I Red capsicum
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1 Garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Green peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 175g Organic Hakubaku Ramen Noodles
- 2 x 720ml Ramano Tomato pasta sauce
Method
- In a sauce pan, place olive oil, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped garlic and Beef mince.Cook till brown, add Tomato pasta sauce with chopped parsley, add salt and pepper to taste.Cook sauce till meat is tender on medium to low heat.Then set aside.In another pot, add water and bring it to boil.Add green peas and salt water.Add noodles into boiling water, stirring noodles untill cooked.Drain hot water in a colonder. Place noodles back in pot,add pasta sauce, mix and serve.
