Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp of canola oil or vegetable oil
- 500g raw prawns
- 6 Boiled eggs to decorate
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp of Obento rice wine vinegar
- 600g Hokkien noodles
Method
- Fry the onions and chopped garlic cloves in olive oil. Once browned add the prawns and chilli flakes.
- Once prawns are cooked wellAdd the hokien noodles and mix well
- Add the cooking rice wine vinegar and mix thoroughly. Let it simmer for 2 min and the noodles are ready.
- Add boiled eggs and cut them to decorate the dish.
