Ingredients
- Salmon Marinade: Tablespoon x1: hoisin , kewpie sesame dressing Teaspoon x1: honeyPinch of salt & pepper
- 2 cups of basmati rice
- X4 150g skinless salmon fillets
- X1 cucumber
- X1 spring onion
- X1 Avocado
- Dry noodles
- Dressing:Kewpie mayo Kewpie sesame ABC Sauce &/or chilli oil (depending on spice preference)
Method
- Combine Tablespoon x1: hoisin , kewpie sesame dressing Teaspoon x1: honey& Pinch of salt & pepper into small bowl & mix to create salmon marinade.
- Marinade both sides of each salmon fillet (including sides) & cook using air fryer at 180 degrees (10 minutes per side or to liking.
- Prepare rice (2 cups) using 1:2 water ratio, allow to 5 minutes to sit with lid on once cooked.
- Dice cucumber, spring onion & avocado.
- Build your bowl using rice as the base, add salmon & diced cucumber , spring onion & avocado
- Dress bowl using drizzle of kewpie mayo , kewpie sesame dressing , ABC chilli sauce &/or chilli oil depending on spice preference.
- Garnish with dry noodles & serve.
