Ingredients
- Oil, chilli, salt, garlic, ginger, chicken(thigh fillet), mushrooms, capsicums, soy sauce, fish sauce and teriyaki sauce.
- 2tbsp oil
- 200g chicken thigh fillets
Method
- In a pan take 2 tbsp of oil, put chillies as per your taste, then fry chicken with some salt in it until it turns brown, then add onions to it and leave it for 2 mins until it gets brown, then add garlic ginger paste made at home then add mushrooms and fry it together.
- Then add capsicum and all the sauces that you like i added soy sauce, fish sauce and teriyaki stir fry sauce . Stir fry for few mins and you can serve it with rice or use it in your wrap
