Ingredients
- Raw tuna
- Seaweed
- Rice
- Spicy mayo
- Homemade Asian coleslaw
Method
- Wash rice until the water is clear
- To make the rice place 2 cups in the rice cooker for 15 minutes
- While rice is cooking, prepare the filling for your sushi roll
- Cut tuna sashimi in to thick stripes
- Add coleslaw mix and Asian mayo dressing together
- For the sauce, Siracha and mayonnaise together for a spicy kick
- Once rice is done transfer into a tray and let it cool for 15minutes
- Assemble your sushi roll
- Enjoy ☺️
