Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cabbage
- 500gm beef mince
- 1 Onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon dark soy
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Obento rice wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons siracha
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Pinch white pepper
Method
- Mix light soy, dark soy, white and brown sugar, pepper, Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce siracha, rice wine vinegar together to make the stir fry sauce.
- Heat some oil and stir fry onion, garlic and beef until brown
- Add cabbage and carrot and stir fry sauce and cook until wilted.
- Serve with rice and your choice of garnish
