Ingredients
- Nori x 10 sheets
- 2 cups rice
- 400g salmon fillet
- 400g tuna fillet
- 60ml sushi seasoning
- 4 eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 1 large tuna can
- 1 avocado
Method
- Put 2 cups of rice in rice cooker
- Cut and fillet sashimi (salmon and tuna) and vegetables and arrange on bowl
- Whisk 4 eggs and cook for 90 seconds of low heat
- Transfer cooked egg to chopping board and slice
- Put cooked rice in a large bowl and fold in sushi seasoning
- Cut nori and serve
