Ingredients
- 2-4 deboned chicken thighs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 TBSP butter
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 1/2 TBSP sugar
- 2-3 sticks of lemon grass
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lime
Method
- Mix all ingredients except butter and make a marinade and marinate the chicken
- Refrigerate the chicken for 10 mins
- Put some butter in pan, and cook the chicken each side for 3 minutes on medium- high heat
- Once both sides are seared, pour the remaining marinade and reduce it for 4 minutes
- Once reduced, sugar would caramelised and now you have sticky lemon grass chicken
