Ingredients
- ABC kecap manis
- Peanut oil
- 450g tofu
- Cornflour
- Chilli flakes
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Cut tofu into triangle shapes, pat dry ,roll in cornflour, lightly fry until crispy in oil
- To make the sticky sauce, mix kecap manis rice wine vinegar chillies corn flour and water together
- When tofu is crispy add wet ingredients and cook until thick and sticky …just a minute
- Toss onto plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds serve with asparagus
