Ingredients
- 200g Pork sausage
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1/2Onion
- A) 1/2tbsp chop garlic
- A) 4tbsp ketchup
- A) 1tbsp oyster sauce
- A) 1tbsp cooking sake
- A) 1tbsp golden syrup
- A) Bit black pepper
- Bit toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Cut vegetables(onion, capsicum) into bite-sized pieces
- Place the sausages on the pan and brown lightly on all sides. Use tongs and scissors to cut into 1 cm pieces.* Small amount of oil if the pan tends to stick
- When the sausages are browned, add the onions and fry for 1 minute. Then add the capsicums and fry lightly, seasoning with pepper.
- Mix ingredients A) and then add to the pan and dress.
- Add sesame seeds at the end to complete the process.
