Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic cloves
- 1 large green chilli
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 250g chicken breast
- 1 tin baby corn
- 1 tin valcom bamboo shoot slices
- 1 bunch asian greens
- Charlie Stir Fry Sauce by Recipe Tin Eats
Method
- Start cooking the garlic and chilli in a wok with oil (rice bran) until brown
- Add chicken and vegetables
- Add asian greens last
- Mix through stir fry sauce
- Serve with rice noodles or eat as a veggie bowl!
