Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 tablespoon mince garlic
- 4 Red Chillies
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 24 piece Prawns
- 1 packed puff Tofu
- 2 tablespoons beans sauce
- 2 tablepoons ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Spring Onion (Garnish)
Method
- In a pot, heat the oil
- add Ginger, Onion , Garlic, Chillies Bay leaves and Beans Sauce and stir fry till fragrant. Then add water.
- Stir in the puff tofu and Prawns.
- Lastly add ABC Sweet Soy Sauce and Light Soy Sauce
- Let it simmer for 5 minute.
- Garnish with spring onion and Serve with hot rice.
