Ingredients
- 1 brown onion sliced 4 potatoes, quartered and 2 carrots, chopped
- - 1 tablespoon Golden Curry (Hot)- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam- 1 tablespoon soy sauce- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 200g beef slices
Method
- Begin by sautéing the onions in a pot. Once the onions are cooked, add the yakiniku beef and cook until it's nearly done.
- Then, remove the beef from the pot. Next, add the chopped carrots and quartered potatoes to the pot and cook them for 3 minutes.
- Afterward, pour in water and wait for it to come to a boil. Return the beef to the pot and skim off any excess scum that floats to the top. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and stir in the curry sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and strawberry jam.
- Put the pot back on low heat and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Finally, serve the dish with rice and enjoy!
