Ingredients
- 2 sheets Obento Yaki Nori
- 210ml bottle of Kewpie Japanese Dressing (roasted sesame flavour)
- 250g Aldi super blend packet rice (brown rice, lentils, grains & seeds)
- 100g green beans (chopped)
- 1 carrot (shaved)
- 100g shaved cucumber
- 100g sweet corn kernels
- 1 avocado (sliced in half and then lengthways)
- 95g tin of tuna in springwater
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 100g Crunchy fried noodles
- To serve, you will need 2 soup bowls and 7 mini serving bowls.
Method
- Prepare all vegetables and transfer into separate mini serving bowls
- Drain canned tuna and mix with mayonnaise in one of the mini serving bowls
- Place crunchy noodles into last remaining mini serving bowl
- Use scissors to cut Nori sheets into 1cm strips and set aside
- Heat rice according to pack instructions and divide between 2 soup bowls. Divide Nori strips between the bowls.
- Place mini serving bowls on lazy susan, or in centre of table and let each diner add ingredients from these to their soup bowl and pour a generous amount of Kewpie over the dish. Enjoy with chopsticks!🥢
