Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets x5
- Tofu 100g, chopped into 5 pieces
- Rocket
- 1 small carrot, chopped finely
- Capsicum, 5 slices
- Cucumber, 5 slices
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce 3tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Soy sauce 2tbsp
- Natural Peanut butter crunchy 3tbsp
- Lime juice 1tbsp
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Maple syrup 2tbsp
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Marinate tofu slices in Lee Kum Kee hoisin sauce in the fridge for 4-6 hours
- Once marinated, place tofu slices in air fryer for 15 mins at 180c
- Combine maple syrup, peanut butter, lime juice, Lee Kum Kee soy sauce and garlic
- Wet rice paper sheets and place rocket, carrot, cucumber, capsicum, tofu and sesame seeds in each. Roll them up!
