Ingredients
- Brown or sushi rice
- 2 cucumbers chopped
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- 2 avocados sliced
- Smoked salmon or tuna
- 2 radishes sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon of Tamari or soy sauce per bowl
- Little squeeze of kewpie mayo per bowl
- 4 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- 8 obento yaki nori for sushi sheets
- 1 teaspoon of Sesame oil per bowl
Method
- Cook rice according to packet
- Add 1 tablespoon of the rice wine vinegar and sugar to the rice once it is cooked. Mix gently
- Put rice in the bottom of the bowl, add a couple of teaspoons of tamari or say sauce and the mayonnaise to it and give a little mix.
- Add all the vege to the bowl, evenly distributing everything between four bowls, add the rest of the tamari and a teaspoon or so of sesame oil per bowl.
- Crunch the yaki nori sheets in your hands over the top and add the smoked salmon or tuna and sesame seeds. Enjoyyyyyy :)
