Ingredients
- Yaki nori for sushi - 3 sheets
- 3/4 cup Sushi rice
- 1 chicken schnitzel
- 1/3 avocado
- 3 strips cucumber
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet
- Air fry chicken schnitzel for 15 minutes
- Cut avocado and cucumber into strips
- When rice cooked and cooked per packet instructions, spread rice evenly onto 3 nori sheets.Add sliced chicken strips, avocado and cucumber.Roll into sushi rolls.
