Ingredients
- Calvin yellow curry paste
- 400ml coconut Milk
- 500g mixed vegetables
Method
- Fry paste until fragrant, then add half the coconut milf and cook until it thickens
- Add vegetables and remaining coconut milk and simmer until cooked
- Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with fresh basil, kafir line leaves
