Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 800g chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce; golden curry (hot);salt; black pepper; turmeric powder;sugar;cornflour.
Method
- 1. Chop the potatoes and carrots into small pieces, add salt and olive oil, and boil them with water in a small pot for 10mins.
- 2, Cut the chicken into the same size as the potatoes and carrots, add a tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce, some sugar, some salt, a little turmeric powder, black pepper, and a tablespoon of cornflour , and mix them.
- 3, put some oil in the pot, put the chicken into the pot until cooked, put a diced onion, fry the onion until soft and add the curry block, crush the curry block and add the appropriate amount of boiled water.
- 4, drain the potatoes and carrots, add into the curry, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
- 5. Cook one packet of udon noodles. After 2 minutes, remove and drain the udon noodles. Pour your favorite amount of curry over udon, and you will have a delicious chicken curry udon!
