Ingredients
- 200g Pork mince
- 1tbsp oil
- Half of white onion
- 30 sheets of Dumplings sheet
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- A: 1tbsp Oyster sauce
- A: 1tbsp soy sauce
- A: 1tbsp Sesame oil
- A: Pinch of salt
- A: 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 20 pieces of green pea ( optional )
- Wasabi tube
Method
- Chop onion finely and mix with corn starch.Cut the dumpling sheets into fine strips and put it into the tray
- Mix pork mince and A: ingredients into the bowl and mix well. Add onion and mix. Make a 20 round ball.
- Dip the meatball with dumplings sheets strips. Try to cover the surface with sheets. Put the pea on the top. Set it aside.
- Heat the pan and drizzle 1tbsp oil. Add half cup of water, put the lid on and shimmer for 10 min in medium heat. Ready go serve when the moisture evaporated and a bit crispy on the bottom. Serve with wasabi.
- Optional: You could make dipping sauce with 1tbsp soy sauce, half of tbsp of vinegar, pinch of sugar and chilli oil. It's also good with Japanese mustard or English mastard on top instead of wasabi.
