Sushi

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 3 tbs Obento Sushi seasoning
- 200 grm seafood highlighter
- 1 cucumber
- Half an Avocado
- Wasabi to taste
- Obento yaki nori sheets
- Kewpie mayonnaise

Method
- Cook rice using the absorption method
- Add by folding in Obento sushi seasoning to rice once cooked and spread out on sheet to cool
- Cut up seafood highlighter, cucumber and avocado in long thin strip's
- With a sushi mat lay a sheet of the Obanto Yaki Nori shiny side down on mat
- Spread rice once cooled onto sheet leaving 1cm gap at top and bottom
- Add a thin line of Kewpie mayonnaise across the middle of the rice
- Layer the seafood, cucumber and avocado along the Kewpie mayo
- Lightly wet the exposed edges of the yaki nori sheet and using the mat roll the sushi up nice and tight.
- Slice 2cm thick slices and enjoy with a little wasbi and pickled ginger on the side.
