Ingredients
- 2 cup sushi rice
- 5 obento yaki nori sheets
- 500g chicken breast
- Avacado
- 1/3 sushi rice seasoning

Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instruction
- Slice chicken into strips and cook in Fry pan .
- Chop veggies of your choice into strips.
- Lay Nori sheet in sushi mat.
- Spread rice on 2/3 of nori sheet and put toppings on
- Tightly roll the sushi using the sushi mat
