Ingredients
- sticky rice
- crab sticks
- red salmon
- cucumber
- carrot
- pickled ginger
- avocado
Method
- make sticky rice using small amount of sugar, salt and rice vinegar
- prepare vegetables
- lay nori sheet shine side down, place sticky rice over nori, add selection of seafood and vegetables
- dampen edge with soy sauce, roll up using bamboo sushi mat
- refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into portions
- serve with pickled ginger, wasabi and sushi soy sauce
