- Sushi rice
- Nori
- Tuna
- Mirin
- Rice wine vinegar
- Philadelphia

Method
- Cook rice until water is absorbed
- Cool rice
- Add Mirin and rice wine vinegar
- Open tin of tuna then drain
- Then mix with Philadelphia
- Put nori sheet on bamboo mat
- Spread 3 table spoons of rice on nori sheet
- Make a line of tuna along the rice
- Finally roll it up cool in fridge slice it up and then enjoy your sushi!
