Ingredients
- Sushi rice 4 cups
- Rice vinegar 9 tbsp
- Water 6 cups
Method
- Rinse rice twice under cold water
- Add 6 cups of cold water and cook rice under covered lit till water has dissolved.
- When rice cooked transfer rice into the flat try and drizzle 9 tbsps of rice vinegar over the cooked rice. When rice cool down make your favourite sushi dish.
