Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Sushi rice
- 3 cup water
- 3 tbs Rice vinegar
- 4 sheet seaweed
- 2 small carrots
- 200 grms marinated beef
- Japanese mayo
- Sliced pink sushi ginger
Method
- Wash the rise untill the water comes out clear
- Add wateto the double amount of rice, bring it to boil and then reduce the heat to medium and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile fry the beef (I used honey soy marinade)
- Chup meat finely
- Let rice and meat cool down.
- Add rice vineger to the rice and mix well
- Spread rice on seaweed
- On one end put arrange meat and strips of carrot in line, add some mayo on top and rol the seaweed over it
- Cut the roll in 1-2 cm thickness, serve with ginger and soy sauce
