- Spreadable Cream Cheese
- Kewpie Mayo

Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet directions or in rice cooker (preferably a day before). Once cooked, season the rice with Sushi seasoning.
- Cook chicken tenders according to packet directions. Meanwhile slice avocado and Lebanese cucumber into thin strips.
- Assemble sushi rolls by using a bamboo mat and layering nori sheet, rice, and fillings of your choice (e.g. chicken or smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese). Roll tightly with bamboo mat and cut into pieces.
- Serve with dipping bowls of kewpie mayo, wasabi and lee kum kee soy sauce.
