Sushi

Ingredients

• Short grain rice
• Obento seaweed
• Chicken snithzel
• Cucumber
• Sushi rice seasoning
• Mayo

Method

1. Add the sushi rice seasoning to the rice.
2. Lay out the obento seaweed and cover the top in the seasoned rice over a sushi roller.
3. Layout the chicken and cucumber along the 1 forth of the seaweed sheet.
4. Add mayo on top of the cucumber and chicken.
5. Roll up the whole sheet with the sushi roller.
6. Cut in to pieces (optional)
