Sushi

Ingredients
- 3 cups Sushi Rice
- 6 cups water
- 9 tbs sushi seasoning
- 3 chicken Breasts
- 200ml teriyaki marinade
- 1x Capsicum
- Half a cucumber
- 1x Large Avocado
- Optional (cream cheese, Japanese mayonnaise, sushi ginger)
- Soy sauce to taste
- 1 packet of one to Yaki Nori seaweed

Method
- Soak the chicken in the teriyaki marinade for at least 20 minutes
- Cook the sushi rice following the instructions on the rice packet.Add sushi seasoning and let the rice cool.
- Cut the vegetables in long thin strips
- Pan fry chicken for 15 minutes and then put in the oven for 15 minutes
- Use a sushi mat, place the seaweed on it, add a layer of rice, chicken, then choice of fillings. Roll the sushi using the mat.Cut and add any of the optional ingredients, sushi ginger, soy sauce etc
