Ingredients
- Short grain rice
- Obento seaweed
- Chicken snithzel
- Cucumber
- Sushi rice seasoning
- Mayo
Method
- Add the sushi rice seasoning to the rice.
- Lay out the obento seaweed and cover the top in the seasoned rice over a sushi roller.
- Layout the chicken and cucumber along the 1 forth of the seaweed sheet.
- Add mayo on top of the cucumber and chicken.
- Roll up the whole sheet with the sushi roller.
- Cut in to pieces (optional)
