- Sushi rice
- Chicken
- Rice seasoning
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Avacado

Method
- Marinade chicken strips
- Cook sushi rice and cook chicken , slice into thin strips, carrot, cucumber and avacado
- Put Taki nori on bamboo mat, place sushi rice mixed with sushi seasoning and spread, out for a thin layer, leave top 5cm plain, put chicken carrot slices, and avacado, add kupi mayonnaise to taste, (place ingredients 5cm from bottom of sushi roll. Roll sushi half way and press firmly, brush water on top part of Taki nori sheet and roll to seal sushi roll, and press firmly along whole of roll, refrigerate till cold, serve in long rolls or slice into small rounds. Serve with soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce Enjoy
