
Ingredients
- Yaki nori, 1 packet, 10 sheets
- 2 cups of sushi rice
- Protein of choice (salmon, tuna, chicken).I used 2x 130gram tins of flavoured tuna(lemon & chilli)
- 1x avocado
- 1x Cucumber
Method
- Cook sushi rice until soft and fluffy.
- While waiting for rice to cool, lay out nori sushi sheets.
- Spread rice thiny over sushi sheet.
- Slice avocado in thin strips.
- Layer avocado and tuna.Cucumber add some nice texture.
- Roll either using bamboo roller or your hands. Wet the edge of the sheet so it sticks together.
- Cut and serve with soy sauce / wasabi.
