- 1 kg Rice
- 10 tbsp sushi seasoning
- 200g seafood stick
- 2 cans tuna
- 100 g fish roe
- 2 avocados
- 2 cucumbers

Method
- Sprinkle 10 tbsp sushi seasoning over 1 kg cooked rice while hot and mix thorough gently.
- Place yaki nori, shiny side down on bamboo rolling mat
- Spread cooled vinegar rice evenly over nori. Place assorted filling (tuna, cucumber, avo, seafood stick etc) on top
- Lift the front of bamboo mat closest to you and begin to roll the sheet tightly. Just before reaching the end, wet the exposed strip with a bit of water. Apply gentle pressure to join the edges of the nori.
