Ingredients
- Rice, sushi paper (yaki nori), carrots, cucumber, shredded lettuce, kewpie mayo, sushi seasoning, chicken schnitzel, tuna, mustard.
Method
- Boil 4 cups of rice, once cooked add sushi seasoning so the rice is sticky. Prepare all your ingredients by cutting your veggies, grilling and slicing your schnitzel. For the tuna filling it’s tuna, seeded mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Lay out your sushi paper, place a layer of rice on top, add your fillings and roll using a sushi bamboo sheet.
- Slice your sushi into 1cm wide circles and serve with soy sauce and kewpie mayonnaise and enjoy.
