- Carrots
- Kewpie mayonaise
- Tuna

Method
- Mix the sushi vinegar in cooked rice.
- Cut up the carrots and cucumbers in lengthways
- Mix the mayonaise with the tuna
- Layer the sushi rice on the seaweed
- In the middle layer the carrot cucumber and tuna
- Add more mayonaise
- Roll the sushi
- Eat and enjoy
