Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice cooked as per packet instruction
- 6 tablespoons Obento sushi seasoning
- 3 tablespoons furikake
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 1 cucumber diced
- Diced mangoes (optional)
- Sri racha (optional)
- 12 pieces crab sticks
Method
- Add Obento sushi seasoning to cooked sushi rice.
- Mix cream cheese and kewpie mayonnaise until smooth. Add diced crab sticks, tuna (juice drained) and 1/2 of the diced cucumber.
- Spread sushi rice on baking dish. Sprinkle with furikake. Top with crab stick/tuna cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees C for 15 minutes. Garnish with kewpie mayonnaise, Sri racha, remaining cucumber, mangoes. Served with roasted seaweed/nori. Enjoy.
