Ingredients
- 2cups cooked sushi rice
- 2tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1tsp sriracha
- 1cup imitation crab meat. Diced
- Furikake rice seasoning
- Japanese KEWPIE mayonnaise
Method
- 1. Cook sushi rice according to instructions on instructions.
- 2. To make sauce1 combined ( rice wine vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil) 3. Mixed cooked rice and sauce 1 in a large container and flattened. 4. To make sauce2 combined (cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, crab meat)
- 5. Placed Sauce2 on top of prepared sushi rice (#3)6. Add Furikake rice seasoning on top as desired7. Put Japanese KEWPIE mayonnaise and Sriracha alternately. 8. Place in oven 180degrees for 10minutes 9. Served with seasoned seaweed. Enjoy
